At Sipology, we want you to love every sip; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened dry goods and accessories. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items that have been opened or consumed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
